Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your TrekGrip harness. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Size Exchanges If the size doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for free within 30 days of purchase — no extra shipping cost to you. Just contact us with your order number and the size you need.

Returns You may return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email us at support@trekgrip.com with your order number.

How Refunds Work Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your harness arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
